Let your worries float away….

Let’s fill a hot air balloon or two with our worries – and sail them away! As we listen to the deeply meditative sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, Native American flute, drum, Tibetan bowls, and other relaxing and releasing sounds, let’s watch them take flight. Let’s allow them to float into the sunset, clearing space in our minds and bodies for creativity and motivation to soar. Ease stress and refresh your energy! Relax, realign and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.

Limited registration. Sign up now by contacting Tracy Biggs at Luna Studio (438-701-9326) or lunastudiomtl@gmail.com.

December Sound Bath
Pre-holiday Sound R & R
Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. EST on ZOOM

Relax and Rejuvenate for the Holidays

Preparing for the holidays is stressful work! Hustle, bustle, planning, to-do lists, decorating, gifting, entertaining… Take a break to de-stress and rejuvenate your energy, so you’re ready to enjoy the holidays!

Let sound do the work. This month’s sound bath will be just that – a sound bath with no mindfulness meditation – to help you to relax and release pre-holiday stress – before it builds up and threatens to skuttle the good holiday times ahead.

Take this opportunity to renew your energy through the power of sound. Set aside one evening of self-care to replenish your mind, body, and spirit and to strengthen your compassionate heart.

Sound obeys two laws of physics: sympathetic resonance and entrainment. Your consciousness syncs to sounds, relaxing to harmonic tones, releasing energy to dissonant notes, and transforming and rejuvenating itself when harmonic tones are replayed. Entrainment eases your consciousness into a deeply relaxing, meditative state that refreshes you.

A sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, Native American flute, ocean and other drums will help you to restore peace, calmness, and that sense of compassion and bliss that represent the true holiday spirit.

Heather Pengelley is a SHA practitioner with two diplomas in Integrates Sound Healing and certification in crystal singing bowls. Founder of Sweet Sounds for the Soul, she hosts groups and private sound sessions for relaxation and personal growth.
